Delivery policy

Kashstel offers shelf-stable Asian groceries sourced from local Asian stores after you order. Availability is confirmed while your order is being shopped.

Local delivery serves approved postal-code prefixes in Mississauga and Oakville. Enter your Canadian postal code at checkout to confirm eligibility. Local delivery costs $5.99 below a $90 merchandise subtotal and is free at $90 or more, after discounts and before tax. Applicable delivery tax is shown separately.

Local orders submitted before 4:00 p.m. America/Toronto are eligible for same-day delivery. Later orders are scheduled for the next day. Your calculated delivery window is shown before payment authorization.

Other Canadian destinations use configured courier rates where available. The delivery quote and window appear before checkout.

If an item is unavailable, we remove it or reduce the quantity. We never increase your approved delivery charge because unavailable items reduce your order. Free delivery remains free. We do not make substitutions without your agreement.
