Kashstel Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Kashstel, we offer reliable fulfillment and delivery of non-perishable, shelf-stable consumer products across Ontario and Canada.
1. Order Processing Times
- Standard Handling: All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
- Local Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM within designated Ontario service zones are processed for same-day or next-day local delivery.
- Standard Courier Shipping: Expedited parcel shipping across Canada typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days following dispatch.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Thresholds
- Local Delivery Fees: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery distance from our Mississauga location.
- Courier Rates: Shipping fees via major carriers (Canada Post, UPS, etc.) are calculated at checkout based on total weight and destination address.
3. Package Tracking & Delivery Notifications
- Once your order has been handed to a local driver or carrier, you will receive an automated email or SMS notification containing tracking information.
- Packages do not require cold storage or immediate refrigeration upon arrival, as all goods sold by Kashstel are shelf-stable and non-perishable.
4. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Kashstel is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misrouted shipments resulting from incorrect address entry during checkout.
