Welcome to Kashstel. By accessing or purchasing from kashstel.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Kashstel is an independent online third-party reseller based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Kashstel is not an authorized distributor, manufacturer, official online representative, or authorized dealer of any brand or product featured on this website.
- Kashstel is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by the original manufacturers, brand owners, or retail stores whose products appear on this site.
- All product names, trademarks, logos, and trade names are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for nominative purposes to identify genuine consumer items.
2. Pricing and Availability
- All prices, discounts, and inventory availability are independently established by Kashstel and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices on kashstel.com may differ from those offered by original physical retailers or manufacturers.
3. Product Warranties and Representations
- All products are sold as non-perishable consumer goods in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging.
- Product descriptions reflect information provided by original product packaging or manufacturers. Kashstel makes no independent representations regarding manufacturer claims.
- Manufacturer warranties, guarantees, or customer support programs may not extend to or be honored for items resold through third-party channels. All sales are governed by Kashstel's store policies.
4. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations
- We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
- Payment must be completed in full at checkout. Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement prior to dispatch.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Ontario, Canada, Kashstel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of products from our store. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
